Rolls-Royce Wraith Inspired by Earth

In the Bespoke department of Rolls-Royce, unique cars worth seeing are created again and again. For Rolls-Royce Abu Dhabi they now created the Wraith Bespoke Inspired by Earth. The source of inspiration, our planet Earth, can be found in various places on and in this vehicle.

A ‘Royal Blue’ paint finish was chosen to represent the 70 percent water on our planet. However, the hood wasn’t included. Here, a talented airbrush painter worked around 100 hours to create a satellite view of the Arabian Peninsula. Along the sides of the vehicle is a hand-painted coachline in ‘Emerald Green’, which is interrupted at the front fender by a representation of our solar system.

This schematic representation of our solar system can also be found on the illuminated door sills and on the cover of the central display in the dashboard. Above the glove box, the satellite view of the Middle East can be seen once again, which has also been airbrushed up here. Between the two rear seats, the waterfall trim shows a cloud image created by photoflash method. Our solar system was also integrated into the LED starry sky above the passengers’ heads. Leather in the color ‘Moccasin’ is used for the seats to reflect the Arabian desert sand. As contrast colors for smaller areas on the seats as well as on the dashboard and steering wheel, leather in ‘Navy Blue’ and ‘Cobalto Blue’ for seas, lakes and rivers is added. The decorative stitching is ‘Emerald Green’ represents nature, the stitching in ‘Arctic White’ the clouds.
