Range Rover Fifty
With the Range Rover, the first SUV was created in 1970. Since 2012 Land Rover has been producing the fourth model generation, on the basis of which a limited special edition is now being released to mark the anniversary, the Range Rover Fifty. The high-quality Autobiography equipment line is deliberately used as a basis for this. Around the body, there are various accents in the color ‘Auric Atlas’, when the paint color is either ‘Rosello Red’, ‘Aruba’, ‘Santorini Black’ or one of three exclusive SVO (Special Vehicle Operations) colors named ‘Tuscan Blue’, ‘Bahama Gold’ or ‘Davos White’. These were inspired by the surviving prototypes of the original Range Rover, which at the time was developed as project Velar. For vehicles painted in ‘Caspathian Grey’ the accents are painted in silver. The special paint colors will only be available for a few vehicles. At the bottom of the indicated air outlets in the front doors is a specially designed ‘Fifty’ logo designed by Professor Gerry McGovern, Land Rover’s chief designer. Customers also have the choice of two exclusive wheel designs in 22-inch and also between the normal or long wheelbase.

The ‘Fifty’ logo appears again on specially designed door sills as the new owners make their way into the interior. It is also embossed in the headrests and a metal plaque above the glovebox. It can also be found again on a second metal plaque on the center tunnel, which also refers to the limitation of the anniversary model. Only 1,970 customers worldwide will be able to enjoy this car. On the drive side, all Range Rover engines are available, i.e. petrol, diesel and hybrid. There is no information about the prices yet.
