Coffee couture: The stylish liaison between Aimé Leon Dore and La Marzocco
New York lifestyle brand Aimé Leon Dore (ALD) recently unveiled a new collaboration with Italian espresso machine manufacturer La Marzocco on Instagram. At the heart of this collaboration is a specially designed version of the Linea Micra, complemented by matching espresso cups and a discreet capsule collection from ALD.

Both Aimé Leon Dore and La Marzocco are known for their dedication to craftsmanship and timeless design. ALD, founded by Teddy Santis, combines classic menswear with modern streetwear elements and cultural influences from New York City. La Marzocco, on the other hand, has stood for high-quality espresso machines since 1927, which are appreciated in coffee culture worldwide.
This new partnership is not the first for ALD with a renowned brand. The label has already worked with Porsche on several occasions in the past, including projects such as the restoration of a Porsche 993 Turbo in Mulberry Green and the individualization of a Porsche 356 B from 1960. La Marzocco itself has also already cooperated with Porsche – for example with a special edition of its machines in the context of automotive design collaborations. These joint experiences with Porsche underline the aesthetic and craftsmanship level of both brands and make the current connection between ALD and La Marzocco all the more conclusive.
“New York meets Florence“
The current collaboration therefore feels like a natural extension of this philosophy. The specially designed Linea Micra combines the technical precision of La Marzocco with the aesthetic appeal of ALD. The accompanying espresso cups and Capsule Collection reflect this symbiosis and offer coffee lovers and fashion enthusiasts a holistic experience.

For Aimé Leon Dore, the connection to coffee is not just of an aesthetic nature. With its own Café Leon Dore in New York, the brand has created a place that consistently pursues its vision of style, community and enjoyment. The café combines Mediterranean influences with contemporary New York elegance – offering not only excellent espresso, but also a coherent brand experience. Against this backdrop, the new collaboration with La Marzocco almost seems like a homage to the company’s own coffee culture.
