The Next Chapter from Marc Philipp Gemballa—the Marsien GT
When Marc Philipp Gemballa unveiled the Marsien 2021 at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, it quickly became clear that something new and extraordinary had been created. The inspiration came from the golden age of the Paris-Dakar Rally. Accordingly, a modern supercar should not only perform perfectly on paved roads but also prove its capabilities off-road.
The new Marsien GT now opens a new chapter. The basic concept remains the same, but the focus has shifted slightly. The GT is the evolution of the Marsien for the road. The all-terrain concept has evolved into a grand tourer with a stronger emphasis on driving dynamics, precision, and everyday practicality.
As with the “standard” Marsien, the base vehicle is a Porsche 992 Turbo S. However, very little of the original remains unchanged by the time the Marsien GT is complete. Approximately 1,500 custom-developed components go into its construction. More than 100 carbon fiber parts make up the new exterior. Each body panel was developed with weight, cooling, and aerodynamics in mind and weighs about 75 kilograms less than the production vehicle. Incidentally, the GT once again bears the signature of Alan Derosier, who was previously responsible for the Marsien’s design.





The aerodynamics have been extensively revised. Active slats in the front fenders reduce lift and turbulence, while the active rear wing generates additional downforce and acts as an air brake when needed. A roof scoop supplies air to the intercoolers, and additional intakes assist with engine and brake cooling. A full carbon fiber underbody optimizes airflow to the diffuser.
In collaboration with KW Automotive, a new suspension system was developed featuring a double-wishbone front axle and a specially tuned DDC V5 damper system. The electronically controlled dampers respond to changing driving conditions within 20 milliseconds. Ground clearance is 100 millimeters. The front axle can be raised by 60 millimeters for ramps and driveways. Various driving modes adjust the tuning of the dampers, transmission, and engine. Forged 20- and 21-inch wheels with center locks and Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires provide contact with the road.
For the powertrain, Marc Philipp Gemballa is once again relying on RUF Automobile. The revised twin-turbo six-cylinder boxer engine delivers more than 830 PS and produces 930 Newton-meters of torque. Optimized VTG turbochargers and modified engine and transmission control systems are among the key changes.
The spec sheet lists a 0–100 km/h sprint time of 2.4 seconds and a top speed of 330 km/h. Another version with more than 900 PS is already in development.

A Tribute to Uwe Gemballa
The debut vehicle features the specially developed “Anniversary Liquid Champagne Gold” paint finish. This multi-layered champagne gold shade was created to mark Uwe Gemballa’s 70th birthday and also pays homage to the color scheme of the first Marsien. The interior combines dark Alcantara, carbon fiber bucket seats, and champagne-colored accents. The raised center console features an aluminum gearshift lever whose design is reminiscent of the Carrera GT. Additional materials and trim details can be customized. A metal plaque in the center console bears the vehicle’s unique production number.



Only 30 cars
Only 30 units of the Marsien GT will be produced. Combined with the existing Marsien models, this brings the total production to 70 vehicles worldwide. This number also commemorates Uwe Gemballa’s 70th birthday. The price is 770,000 euros net, excluding the base vehicle, taxes, customs duties, and shipping. Series production will begin in 2027, with the first deliveries scheduled for the end of that year. The Marsien GT will celebrate its world premiere during Monterey Car Week 2026 in Pebble Beach—the same location where the Marsien was first unveiled five years ago.
