Just in time for the festive season, Santa has switched to a new sleigh. Instead of his previous 8 brp (brake reindeer power), he now relies on 550 hp. These come from a V8 biturbo engine installed under the hood of a Bentley Flying Spur. Together with the Mulliner customization department, Santa Claus configured his sedan in a special way and gave it the nickname ‘Reindeer Eight’. For the body he chose the basic color ‘Cricket Bauble’ (dark red). A decorative pattern rises diagonally from the front of the sill panels to the taillights. Above this, an ornate golden line was applied by hand on the doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gold-colored accents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Instead of the winged B, a reindeer figure made in a 3D printer sits on the radiator grille. It is also finished in gold, as are the lower edge of the sills, front and rear bumpers, the decorative strip on the hood, the 22-inch wheels, the window surrounds and the side air vents. Instead of the V8 logos usually used on the front fenders, this car features standalone ‘Reindeer Eight’ logos. A spoiler lip is mounted on the trunk lid. Of course, all-season tires were wisely fitted. The interior is finished in Cricket Bauble leather with gold stitching and embroidery. The owner’s name is embroidered on the driver’s seat and that of his wife on the passenger seat. At Mulliner’s suggestion, the decorative trim above the glove box was given a winter North Pole scene.<\/p>\n\n\n
