Gemballa from Leonberg has been known for almost 40 years for the tuning of high-quality cars, mainly from Porsche. Under the direction of company founder Uwe Gemballa, one-off cars and small series were created. Most recently he designed the Mirage GT based on the Porsche Carrera GT and the MIG-U1 based on the Ferrari Enzo. In 2010, however, he was murdered in South Africa, whereupon his company was sold to the investor Steffen Korbach by an insolvency administrator. Korbach expanded the product portfolio with parts for McLaren sports cars. Now Gemballa GmbH ventures into a new field and develops an independent supersports car.<\/p>\n\n\n
